we could get many benefit from PPD session.we could develop our own skills.we founded many good abilities for our life.we could improved leadership skills, experiences about how to work with a team, how to improve self confidence and communication skills from our PPD activities.That kind of  soft skills will help to us define  and explore our goals and to map out ways to turn them into reality.

we got benefit :

💚communication skills

  

                     we could communication with  other guys by using English language.madam told us "please Don't speak Sinhala" .because There are some Tamil and foreign students in our batch.we want their ideas to work in our activities. for that we try to use only English language .so we could improve our English language  and communication skills.    

💙 How to do team work 
                 

we did many team  work in PPD session for example paper tower , create a new culture etc.we got lot of knowledge in how to do team work.we knew abilities of other members in our group.we respected their idea,as well as we learnt how to take good decision.so we could improve our leadership skills. 

                 actually for an software engineer, it is important to have soft skills.because it is essential to maintain good connection and relationship with our clients within the industry.for that PPD subject   is a great opportunity for us.I would like to convey my best regards with full of thanks to our madam who cordinate us and who guide us to brush up our skills.

       All of our group could make paper tower in that limited time.but it was not easy.it could be successfully due to the other members helps.we worked together.we faced many trouble during in work activity.we planed before make a paper tower.we shared our work each other.
                       I got a lot of advantages of this group work.In my opinion, the collection of smart people is very good for everyone who wants to get something.As well as we always can learn something found surround us people.
                Finally I founded some important matter from our group work.In a group of people, there are different skills from every people many intelligent minds and brains working.When team members work together as a team,we can learn other and advance their knowledge.as well  as we learned, how to communicate with other guys,how to manage our work with time,how to take good decision,how to make our leadership,Therefore  we could get a lot of important things from our PPD activity.

   What is Personal progress development ?

                                 Today I am going to show you about what is the PPD. It encourages us to focus on our skills as a learner and to talk responsibility for our own skill development.The PPD is our property.It is primarily about assessing our own skills setting goals for improvement ,recording our achievements and reflecting on our experiences in our life

  As well as PPD is a very enjoyable subject.we have done lot of enjoyable work in our classroom and out side.we could share happiness with other guys. exactly I really love it.

          Actually,for an software engineer,it is very important to have soft skills.
